• Apply business knowledge effectively to ensure the most effective Image & Workflow solutions are implemented. • Maintain accurate records for time recording purposes. • Ensure awareness of deadlines and priorities. Report on progress and issues/risks in a timely manner. • Deliver work in within agreed time scales. • Establish and develop effective working relationships with business users of all levels. • Liaise with the Lead Process Builder, Business Analysts & Project Manager throughout the allocated work package to ensure no surprises in respect of meeting agreed deadlines/standards (using both formal and informal methods of communication). • Contribute to the development and implementation of defined project plans • Actively improve own business and I&W knowledge
Essential Experience/Skills
• Must be IT literate – particularly Excel to an intermediate level. • Must have an aptitude/ability for effective use of IT. • Creativity, in order to ensure that user screens are effectively designed & built. • Attention to detail is extremely important. • Knowledge of the ‘operations elements' of Customer Services teams in a Life & Pensions business. • Processing expertise is more important than product (product expertise is desirable).
Desired Experience/Skills
• Previous experience of building Image & Workflow processes. • Understanding of the application of Operational MI Requirements, in order that this can effectively be applied when building workflow processes.
