Introduction

A prestigious FTSE 100 company is looking for a Field Technical Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business in one of its most exciting and prosperous times ever and to be involved with a number of projects.

Location
This position is based at a home location with travel in the UK, and an office base in Cirencester (though this is a home based contract you will not be based in the office).

Responsibilities/ Benefits

This role will offer an exciting opportunity to get involved with a number of activities integral to the success of the business. You will;

•Instillation, upgrade of technical support.
•Support the infrastructure and systems software.
•Worked carried out either on site or remotely.

We are looking for candidate with the following skills;

•Windows environment
•SQL / Oracle
•MS IIS Web services configuration and support
•Customer service experience
•Excellent communication skills.

Desirable

Preferably you will have experience working with MS Active Directory, SMTP or SMS, though full training will be provided.

If you are a team player, efficient, effective and has excellent customer facing experience then this may be the position for you!
