DUTCH SPEAKING SAP PROJECT MANAGER

Project Description

Project will be implemented in Chemicals GSAP system. Solution will communicate Export Transactions relevant data to Customs authorities and to get a digital signature.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for deliver of agreed scope on time and within budget

· Obtains IT resources (people) for the project

· Controls the technical aspects of the project

· Assures the technical quality of the project

· Adheres to IT for Shell standards, including those recommended by the Project Excellence Centre

· Ensures decisions are in-line with IT for Shell technical strategies

· Formulates and explains estimates for the completion of work to an expected level of tolerance

· Resolves IT-related issues and change requests

· Manages IT resources for the project

· Works with the sponsor and Business Project Manager to develop

· Business Case

· Project Charter

· Detailed project Plan (scope, schedule budget)
