As Senior Infrastructure Analyst you will ensure the effective running of our networks, server infrastructure and related technologies company wide. You will enhance and develop our infrastructure to provide a proactive approach to support the successful implementation of new systems and services. You will have substantial and recent experience with Citrix and Linux-RedHat. EXPERIENCE: 1. Educated to IT based degree level. Knowledge of ITIL and Prince2 Frameworks 2. At least 7 years experience in major support role with client facing skills 3. Highly proficient at supporting, installing and modifying Windows 2003 and standard Microsoft applications 4. Extensive knowledge and experience in installation, configuration, maintenance and supporting PC’s /Laptops, networks and wide area communications across multiple sites
