Be a part of the implementation of a CRM solution on SAP CRM (2007). The underlying SAP Infrastructure is based on SAP Netweaver 2004s, Enterprise Portal 7.0 and SAP BI 7.0. SAP PI will be use to manage interfaces between SAP and operational systems. As the SAP BW/BI Consultant you will:
Be responsible for the provision and quality of SAP application support within a SAP BI/BW environment, including problem resolution and the provision of advice and guidance. A large part of this project involves SCORECARDS, so you must have some experience of development or support of SCORECARDS.
Be involved in cross functional areas of CRM, HR, SEM and IP
Maintain and improve pro-active SAP BI monitoring capabilities.
Design and implement solutions in response to support issues.
Ensure the effective process within the BI/BW team (e.g. incidents and problems)
Have a thorough understanding of the BCC SAP solution and how its BI/BW configuration supports the business.
Stay abreast of SAP technology developments in the SAP Business Intelligence environment, ensuring that the support team and business is made aware of relevant information.
Good understanding of SAP problem solving approach and OSS usage.
Perform a Quality Assurance role in respect of configuration, development and documentation within and relating to BI/BW functionality (e.g. test scripts, training materials, and configuration documentation) against relevant predefined standards and processes.
Maintain detailed task lists and activity schedules for BI/BW and monitor their delivery.
Participate in the management of the SAP Competence Centre to assure and improve ongoing service delivery performance.
Participate in further development and enhancement of SAP in the functional area of BI/BW, CRM, HR and SEM Scorecards as required.

Essential Experience/Skills
SAP BW/BI experience gained in a large, complex client site
Some experience developing or supporting Scorecard solutions
Experience of Data Management techniques
Good knowledge of SAP ECC6 and functional modules
Experience of BI (Bex Analyser, Extraction and modelling), IP, CRM, HR, SEM and WAD.(SAP ECC Logistics modules)
Analyse and capture business requirements
Effectively document business requirements
Analyse requirements inline with BI strategy and existing solutions
Identify and document system functionality gaps
Configure solutions as appropriate to specified standards
Provide effective support through daily operational tasks and incident management
Work effectively in mixed Client and Consultancy teams
