This is a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with our outsourced clients, being their HR Recuitment Manager and managing their PSL. If you are looking for an Internal recruitment role but not necessarily on site, and one where you are paid commission for the placements you make, then this could be the role for you. Working within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing division of The Solutions Group (RPO Solutions) you will play a key role on major multi national accounts. The Account Manager will take ownership for the timely delivery of recruitment solutions for world leading high tech organisations, working on very active accounts with high value deals. This will include extensive client and supplier management. You'll also be responsible for looking for opportunities to open new business and take on new clients, therefore some new business development will be required. This role will suit either an experienced Account Manager or a New Business Consultant who is looking to move into Account Management. There is significant business opportunity available on these accounts and will require excellent delivery skills as all recruitment needs must be satisfied by our service. Skills/Experience: · Strong, proven, technical/IT, permanent experience - in IT or Engineering, in either a Consultant or Account Manager role. . Experience of opening new accounts / new business development · High achiever – achieved and exceeded sales targets. · Used to working in pressurised environments.
