We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with experience of the Mobile sector to join leading supplier of network management software. The products are widely used by nearly all of the major telecommunications players to monitor their network performance and productivity and have won numerous awards and accolades. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a challenging role - As a lead Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing and ensuring that all service commitments are in place and met- and fully recorded via the usual contractual compliance systems and service management reporting tools. You will also be involved in System Verification, Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Service Process Management activities.
YOUR PROFILE
You should have solid experienced in Service Delivery Management - in a small and unstructured environment. Also you should have worked in telecomms market - ideally within mobile network arena. We need someone who enjoys a challenge - to implement processed and procedures, maintaining and further developing customer relationships. You also need act as the customer advocate, handling escalations internally and championing the resolution of reoccurring issues. You should also be very comfortable in handling contractual negotiations and setting out procedural documents. We will consider Service Delivery Management candidates with an ITIL or some other service delivery certification.
