This major financial institution are looking for a number of IT support Helpdesk Analyst to provide first line IT support within a call centre environment based at Kegworth, North Derby. Primary functions of the role are helpdesk support, fixing first line requests and referring escalated issues to second and third line support. Candidates must have experience in Windows XP, Server 2003, Microsoft Office 6 and Internet Explorer 6. A good understanding of computer hardware including desktops and laptops a n d an understanding of network components is required . A good telephone manner and customer service skills are required to answer technical queries from the banks employees .
