As a trainer you will be responsible for the development of course syllabuses, course materials and approved training courses for both internal & external teams
Helping to establish this organisations as a formally Accredited Training Organisation for the methodology.

•Delivery of internal training courses, covering:
oFoundation
oPractitioner Courses
oInvigilation of CHAMPS2 Examinations

•Delivery of external training courses, covering:
oEssentials Course
oFoundation Course
oPractitioner Courses

Liaison with the Method Development & Consulting Teams to ensure that the Course content is kept up to date and that course details are maintained on the on the website.
The role holder may also be required to support the Development & Consulting teams with development of aspects of the Method content during any periods between formal training.

Must have previous experience as a trainer, ideally with formal accreditations.
The role holder will ideally have public speaking experience and be comfortable presenting to large groups of delegates
The role holder must be completely literate and have a good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint©, MS Word© and MS Excel©
