Affiliate Marketing Manager, Sheffield, £25'000 PA Plus KPI bonuses
One of the key marketing strategies of my client is to gain new website members through partnerships with other websites and companies.

So, your role as Affiliate Marketing Manager involves: Maintaining and improving existing relationships (30-35% of the role) Dealing with and maximising the relationships with affiliate networks (5% of role) Identifying potential new partners, contacting them, selling the idea to them, getting the contract signed and seeing the agreement through to completion (50-55% of role) Co-ordinating and writing specifications for the design of new emails and adverts, and getting new and existing partners to promote them (10% of role) A typical week will involve making telephone calls, key client meetings and internal discussions with the marketing, design and sales teams The Person •Must understand the concept of affiliate/partnership marketing and be able to put it into practice •Comfortable with cold calling and establishing contact with decision makers •Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment •Able to utilise sales skills in a marketing environment •Experience of using MS Office on a daily basis and confident in using Outlook, Word and Excel at an intermediate level •Have an excellent command of English, both written and verbally •Self motivated •Ability to make things happen •Not afraid of a challenge •Must demand that the company you work for continually challenges you to grow Expectations •Within 1 month have learnt about the products and systems, and have successfully taken over the maintenance and relationships with existing partners •Your success will be judged on the revenue obtained from the members gained through partnerships in total and against cost effectiveness (against what you have paid the partners) •By the end of month 3 you will have established a number (dependant on value) of new partners who are passing good quality members through to the site •By the end of month 6 you will have increased the revenue being generated by profitable partners by a minimum of 60% What the company will do for you •Initial product and company training •Competitive salary with uncapped commission related to achievements •Ongoing support and training •A challenging entrepreneurial environment
