Fantastic opportunity has opened to join a well established and successful business based Hampshire. They are recruiting for a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Consultant to provide end-to-end technical delivery of IT change programmes, projects and overall support to the business for IT needs.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Engaging with all levels of people across the business providing full support of applications.
You will test and review development requirements to meet agreed business needs.
Provide troubleshooting diagnostics seeing through to resolution.
Establish recommendations for appropriate IT solutions to fit business needs.

You will posses the following competencies:

Pragmatic approach to project lifecycle
Ability to communicate with business in a clear and simplified fashion
Ability to build software solutions using a software methodology
Demonstrable experience of meeting tight delivery times

IMPORTANT: You must be able to provide demonstable experience using: Unix, SQL 2000/2005, .Net, C# and..... Informix!

Salary £30,000 to £40,000
