Working on one of the largest, most complex and high profile IT Projects in the UK for a well known FTSE100 Organisation, you can join a large Documentum team on a flagship site and carve yourself a SOLID career. You will play a vital part in helping to ensure that the Document Management System meets the demanding needs of the customer and will will be required to carry out services to meet specified service levels and customer needs covering investigations, development, implementation, support, maintenance and training. Duties will be varied and challenging and you will be actively involved in ALL aspects of the role. Experience of supporting and developing a large Document Management System within a large diverse organisation is key. This role covers: Carrrying out services to meet specified service levels and customer needs covering investigations, development, implementation, support, maintenance and training. To be responsible for 2nd and 3rd line support to application customers. Specialist technical knowledge of and give support for the diverse range of features of the Documentum product. Communicate effectively and apply customer care principles at all levels. Plan agreed communication systems. Plan work to ensure the meeting of defined objectives and KPI's Contribute to documentation, assisting in the production of standards and procedures including the identification of any service improvements. Essential Experience/Skills Sound technical knowledge in Documentum. Ability to apply logical thinking to resolving complex support requests. Understanding of Oracle Apps Server or similar. Understanding of Java Programming or similar. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing at all levels. Ability to organise own workload and prioritise support requests. Ability to proactively identify support service improvements. To have a sound technical knowledge base. Desired Experience/Skills Local government Experience
