Senior Systems Architect with proven track record of delivery within an eCommerce/eBusiness environment required for excellent opportunity with leading Bristol organisation. Applicants will have strong business acumen and communication skills, having interfaced between technical and business environments at senior level. You must also possess experience of working alongside 3rd Party Vendors in an Architectural capacity. Previous experience with Vendor selection would be an advantage but this is not essential. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and/or Zachman is a must.

Working alongside the technology vendor, you will interface between the business and the vendor, playing a key role in architectural ownership and future business direction. You should have a broad technical background and be a true systems architect, with commercial knowledge of both applications and infrastructure environments. You should also have prior experience of package selection and implementation. You will be an excellent communicator as you will be required to liaise between senior management and technical teams on a regular basis.
