An experienced SAP Organisational Change Manager required to join a large public sector organisation. Your tasks will require you to; Develop the SAP Organisational Change Strategy across the organisation, and ensure that it is integrated with wider organisational change programmes; Manage customer expectations on how to deal with SAP related organisational change issues; Responsible for and oversee all central ERP Organisational Change activities in relation to business as usual activity; Develop a plan for co-ordinating and standardising SAP related organisational change management across the business, including provision of tools, techniques and approaches to support each area of the organisation; Review business process changes resulting from business as usual activities and support the projects in running job impact workshops to identify the change management issues and key decisions that need to be made; QA the approaches being used by the projects to ensure that they are accurate and up to date, and ensure overall alignment of the ERP Organisational Change management activities with local business activities; Monitor, assess and continually improve standards, tools and techniques for organisational change management; Ensure open days, surgeries, drop in sessions, etc… are used as appropriate.
The following skills and experience is essential; Previous SAP Organisational Change Management experience (must cover at least four of the following modules) FICO, MM, EBP, SD, BW SEM, PM, WM; Good understanding of SAP integrated business areas; Excellent presentation and communication skills; Ability to develop a rapport with end users and business stakeholders; Prepared to work on more than one site; Previous experience of supporting Organisational Change Management for SAP/ERP Programmes; Proven facilitation, coaching, influencing and negotiating skills; Good MS Project skills; Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers. Ideally you will have experience of working within the public sector.
