Experience with Linux is essential, ideally RHEL 5.0, Drupal experience is very desirable.

The following experience is essential

•Implement backup strategies to ensure successful backups & recovery of the production and development environments
•Provide performance monitoring & database tuning
•MySQL replication skills, with both Master - Slave and Master - Master replication is needed.
•Administer and support existing databases while assuring optimized performance, stability, monitoring, and uptime.
•Ability to scripts for monitoring, capacity planning, backups, replication start /stop.
•Demonstrated problem solving abilities and initiative.
