Due to the continued growth and success of this client there is on-going requirement for the infrastructure to be developed / re-engineered and supported. I am looking for an Infrastructure Analyst is to assist with the building and management of the European infrastructure. The Infrastructure Analyst will be involved with infrastructure related projects, including the expansion of the European offices. This role encompasses many areas including Network, Firewall and Wintel server engineering and operational support. Also the co-ordination of critical application operations, including Servers, applications, infrastructure, and user support, change management coordination as well as development & management of local/regional infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical

•Windows 2000/3 – systems admin, Active Directory, Group Policies etc.
•VMware ESX 3.0.2 & Virtual Management Centre
•Networking – LAN/WAN Engineering (Extreme & Cisco), including Network services skills – DNS & DHCP. Firewalls –Juniper configuration and management of rules and policies.
•Storage Systems – system admin (NetAPP, SAN & iSCSI)
•Provide high level & in depth infrastructure systems support for DNE systems
•Provide Infrastructure Systems support for infrastructure Provide project support, for complex infrastructure system projects


Requirements:

•Highly experienced within the IT industry
•Industry Qualifications preferred – i.e. MSCE etc
•Strong Communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
•Team player that can work well with the internal users and 3rd parties
•Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non technical staff
•Comfortable with project work and proven experience delivering IT Infrastructure related projects.
•Some experience with Voice-Over-IP phone systems is beneficial.

•Red Hat Linux (minimal experience is acceptable)
