Job Title: Graduate Supply Chain Analyst Location: Watford Salary: 18,000 - 21,000 Ref: CK020324 The Background A leading consultancy in their field is looking for a graduate with excellent analytical and research abilities to join their team. The Role You’ll be responsible for : ·Tracking the key supply chain developments of grocery retailers and in development of supply chain hot topics, to keep their customers up-to-date using Supply Chain Analysis e-intelligence tools. You will keep the content alive through a variety of forms, including updating text, photographs, PowerPoint slides and the numerical Supply Chain Database. ·Researching and adding new content and expand the business’s coverage of retailers and key issues on Supply Chain Analysis. This requires an ability to research through the Internet, interpret retailers’ report & accounts and search through news feeds from around the world. ·Researching, writing and uploading daily news stories on to the Supply Chain Analysis website, including analysis of the implications for business’s customers. You You’ll preferably come from an FMCG or Food background where you have been able to demonstrate a keen understanding of the Supply Chain functionality within the business. You will have excellent analytical and numeric skills coupled with the ability to use the internet to the best of your ability to research information and statistics. You’ll be inquisitive and enthusiastic, and you will have excellent communicational skills both verbally and written. Past experience writing for an online environment would also be advantageous.
