Helpdesk / Service Desk / 1st Line support Analyst needed for an immediate start on an initial 6 month 1st line support contract. You will need to have previous experience of working on a first line service desk and be familiar with call logging software and have experience of Linux or Unix based systems. Any experience of working within a retail systems environment would be a big bonus as would ITIL knowledge The role is based at their Hampshire office in Eastleigh which has excellent transport links - direct train to London Waterloo & close to the M3 motorway for most parts of Surrey, Hampshire & Berkshire.
