Leading Telecoms is urgently seeking an experienced Content Recommendation Solutions Specialist / Architect (Sponsored links specialist) to help my client evaluate the Commercial and Strategy around content services / digital retailing and advice on the most appropriate capability set to meet there needs, specifically around profiling and content recommendation systems (Promotion content recommendation / Overseeing looking at strategy / commercial).

You will need to understand the most appropriate vendor options to meet my clients content team's requirements. Additionally we need to understand how this emerging data / intelligence environment for my Clients content space will impact specifically on m-advertising.
