I'm a pen-test specialist recruiter looking to make contact with some talent in the market place, who might be thinking about a move.

The role i have is a pretty flexible one, and would suit pen-testers with over 3 years experience. There is huge flex with location and skills background, whether you're from a network or programming background or even kernel if you're THAT good (and that's a challenge!) Obviously a few tools will always form part of a good pen-testers, but i'm really after guys who are a little more than point and squirt Knoppix users.

I've been operating in this market for some years and have a pretty good reputation amongst the community, so please be aware that an application made to me, stays ONLY with me until we've discussed the role and you're totally happy with it. This is a SMALL market!

I'd hope to talk to pen-testers who have a little more than purely technical skill as well, as the role is a pretty client facing one that will have you busy and on client site from time to time, and dealing with a multitude of differnet clients different situations and and technical environments. Make no mistake, if you're good i WILL find you your dream role :-)
