VB developer - Developer - IT Developer required for this FTSE 100 service provider based in Cheltenham. The role of the IT Developer will be responsible for building and unit testing Image & Workflow processes to be implemented in Customer Services teams.
• Apply business knowledge effectively to ensure the most effective Image & Workflow solutions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate records for time recording purposes.
• Ensure awareness of deadlines and priorities. Report on progress and issues/risks in a timely manner.
• Deliver work in within agreed time scales.
• Establish and develop effective working relationships with business users of all levels.
• Liaise with the Lead Process Builder, Business Analysts & Project Manager throughout the allocated work package to ensure no surprises in respect of meeting agreed deadlines/standards (using both formal and informal methods of communication).
• Contribute to the development and implementation of defined project plans
• Actively improve own business and I&W knowledge
