This FTSE100 Organisation who are the Leaders in IT and have the most complex and rewarding Projects under their belt, have a position for a SAP HR Test Analyst to join a SAP Customer Competency Centre supporting both SAP and non-SAP solutions and technologies. You will be part of a Team responsible for the delivery of Testing and Test Governance to all Projects and changes. The role is to initially engage on the Excellence in People Management (EPM) programme to deliver the SAP HR solution with a view to moving to the SAPCCC to support the application ongoing. Role and Responsibilities Produce test scenarios, test cases and test scripts, with the assistance of functional experts as necessary Execution of test scripts and checking expected results Identification and Investigation of defects as a result of test execution Updating of test information within test toolset Help Prioritise test scripts for each test phase Update progress to the Test Administrator/Manager, as requested To deputise for the Test Manager in absence for meetings, Team Management and Report Generation. Escalate Issues and Risks to the Test Administrator/Manager Attend regular test meetings as an active participant Assist in risk assessment process Essential Experience/Skills A Minimum of Testing on Three Implementations of various solutions and Technologies, including Test Preparation, Test Execution, Defect Initiation and Tracking and UAT Support Knowledge and Experience in Quality Center or Test Director (preferable) Experience of using Business Resources and training them in Testing Practices Beneficial Testing experience across a number of different software and hardware technologies including SAP and web based developments Good working knowledge of HR processes Desired Experience/Skills ISEB / ISTQB Foundation Certified Public Sector experience Personal Attributes Attention to detail Analytical approach to problem resolution Excellent communication skills.
