FTSE 100 organisation is for someone to manage the Housing Applications Support team. To ensure the smooth day to day running of operations to the business as well as meeting service level agreement targets.

This position requires a strategically minded individual to drive Housing applications Team forward and maximise efficiency and customer care.

Manage internal and external suppliers as well as own team to own and deliver KPI service to agreed ISO20000 standards

•Provide day-to-day 2nd and 3rd line support service to customers to ensuring a continually high standard of service.

Experience of managing a team of Application Support/ development staff, ensuring high levels of support undertaken in a organised and professional manner
Knowledge of Software development processes
Knowledge of Local Government Housing processes with a focus on administration
People & Project management skills
Northgate Housing Application experience
