We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to provide ongoing operational support of Sybase computing infrastructure.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will provide Systems Administration supportin a primarily Windows server environment. Your duties will include:
-perform new server build/installation according to Sybase's standards and guidelines
-server diagnostics and problem resolutions
-regular system capacity
-perform review and make adjustments as required to ensure a high level of availability
-provide on-call support, manage a case-load queue, and ensure cases assigned are resolved within SLA committments.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
-Prior technical experience of Systems Administration in an heterogeneous environment. Good knowledge of Windows server environment
-Citrix Systems Administration experience
-Systems Administration Support on ESX and Citrix server environment as well as Linux servers would be preferred
-Knowledge of various storage technologies such as SAN and NAS
-Experience writing and maintaining shell scripts
-Must have ability to analyze, identify and resolve problems, as well as the judgement to determine optimal set-up of new equipment
-Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent customer follow-up and customer interaction skills.
