You will: Support call management and resolution; Development and deployment of application changes, fixes and utilities. Essential Experience: Experience of working in a structured application support role. Exposure to formal change, configuration and release management processes. ASP.Net support (VB.Net) MS SQL 2000 or above fundamentals. Analytical approach to testing, debugging and problem solving. Excellent written and verbal communication (English). Desired Experience/Skills C# Experience of supporting Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 solutions. Exposure to ITIL. Personal Attributes Must be willing to work flexible hours (between 07:00 and 19:00). Possible requirement to include on 24/7 support on-call rota (additional payment).
