Reporting to the Sales director the MI Analyst will be responsible for sourcing, managing and delivering Management information (sales pipeline, lead volumes, performance), Market intelligence, Client Development information repository ,Engage 360 client satisfaction programme analysis and reports. Working with the sales director to increase self managing MI, supporting the information and analysis needs of the sales teams. Preparing and analysing questionnaires, maintain integrity of database, produce reports, Development of client MI reporting, working with wider HES team to design and implement this KPI suite. Administration of sales and BAU pipeline, weekly lead reports, development of sales sharepoint information site to improve access, team working and information sharing, including Bid Library. The minimum expectation regarding experience for this role is proven analytical skills, Spreadsheet modelling, Pipeline modelling, Market analysis, Persistence and accuracy, Initiative and teamwork.
