This international superstar is looking for Project Manager Regional Deployment Asia/Europe/America
JOB PURPOSE - SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of my clients standardised Business Process and core SAP solution. He/she will coordinate all the activities using the industrialised deployment methodology and toolkit. He/she also oversees the Business transformation aspects acting as change agent to secure sustainable success.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all phases of the clients deployment project (from Initiation to Post Go-live support) together with local Business Project Manager:
Responsible for project planning, development and operative execution Responsible for budget Coaching and support of the local business project manager Focus on functional and technical aspects of clients project
Management of project steering committee and project team meetings Measure project progress and quality of the deliverables and set corrective actions to improve quality, time or budget deviations. Provide all necessary activity and performance reports to his management and customers
Oversee business transformation and communication activities Document and promote best practices. Provide feedback to improve industrialisation and methodology framework Close collaboration with the clients Central and Regional teams
REQUIRED EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL & SAP EXPERIENCE Degree in IT or Economics Experience as a functional analyst on SAP R/3 Systems in an international projects At least 3 years experience as project manager with international assignments and multicultural teams Experience in leading international SAP implementations Experience in change management Extensive knowledge of the classic SAP modules (ECC 6.0 preferred) Comprehensive understanding of business matters Previous supervisory or managerial experience > 3 years (team~15 people) REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS 1.
