One of our major public sector clients requires a Business Analyst with strong business process skills to work on projects including the implementation of new financial processes, a helpdesk system and various business processes. Strong business process skills are essential with knowledge of ITIL and Prince 2. Public sector experience is a distinct advantage, as well as experience of working on financial and helpdesk systems.
