First Line Support agent required for Public Sector client.

The role will involve:

::: Call logging
::: Basic technical support, e.g. password resets
::: Attempted first time fix
::: Referral to 2nd line support agents if necessary

The successful candidate will:

::: have previous first line support experience
::: have strong Microsoft Office knowledge
::: be fully conversant with HP Compaq
::: have used Service Desk Express or other call logging systems

The client will look to pay between £6 and £11 per hour.
