OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – CRM. My Leeds based client, an regional economic development agency, requires a high-profile Operations Executive to manage the day to day operations of the integrated CRM system which they own and manage.
Working closely with the IT team and the Third Party CRM supplier, the Operations Executive will be responsible for prioritising changes and enhancements to the CRM system according to user requirements, managing the relationships between the agency, the 3rd party CRM supplier and the users of the CRM system, monitoring the system, collecting data, running tests on systems developments and key elements of the system and ensuring a high quality of user training.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Experience of managing IT systems integration projects
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Experience working with business information processes and business analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in database administration and understanding of data management
- Solid MS Office skills including MS Project
- Solid analytical skills
- Degree level education, preferably in IT/Business Information Systems
