A customer relationship/technical account management background delivering multiple software projects to customers is required for this established and growing software company offering opportunities for career progression! You will be primarily responsible for building and nurturing client relationships whilst delivering a wide range of varying multiple software projects such as new installations, upgrades, roll outs etc with a number of the company's major clients. You will be expected to discuss many and varied IT projects and comprehend the effect these projects will have on the customer’s business as well as the potential opportunity they provide for the company. It is essential that you have strong customer relationship, technical account management skills, and the ability to deliver varying multiple IT Software projects whilst maintaining successful long term relationships with customers. You will either currently be in a similar position looking for a new opportunity/challenge, or you will have worked in a similar position in the past 5 years. A comprehension of the recruitment market place and the role of computer systems in that market place would be a significant advantage. Some comprehension of hardware, software and networks at a technical level is also required.
