Helpdesk Support Analyst ( 1st/2nd line support, AD and TCP/IP ) needed
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established Surrey based organisation as a Support Analyst. You will need solid knowledge of 1st/2nd line support, troubleshooting, working to SLA's and installation of hardware and software.
This role will suit someone who has a background in 1st/2nd Line Support/Helpdesk Support including desktop and software applications environment.
Keys skills required: MCSE qualified and /or IT computing degree Active Directory Microsoft Office TCP/IP Excellent analytical and communication skills
The role will involve controlling, investigating and resolving technical issues, ensuring service is provided quickly and professionally. Strong understanding of network security, routing, IP addressing and DNS is desired.
The suitable candidate will have excellent organisation skills; work under pressure and to deadlines, customer care skills and sound knowledge of market tools and technologies.
