Today, it employs over 1200 professionals working in offices throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. This business unit provides Project Management, Implementation Services, Training and Support to all the company's clients and consists of staff employed in the UK, mainland Europe and the USA.
The Software Implementation Manager will be responsible for the line management of the UK team, will facilitate and coach staff, will be responsible as project advisor and project manager for the implementation and training of its' software solutions into client companies and their sites in the UK and Europe and manage client issues during and after implementation.
You will be actively involved in pre-sales, providing quotations during sales cycles and effective project management information to clients and to the business itself. Over a period of time, you will become an expert in all the company products.
This role requires work throughout Europe and therefore English and other European languages are needed. You will also be experienced in managing a team of people, managing (external) pan European software implementations, be experienced in Consulting and PreSales, have solid Accounting knowledge which must be current, be Prince 2 certified and have a degree in Computer Sciences, Accounting or similar. Experience in property management or the real estate industry is also essential as is experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.

Circumstances
