Senior Support Analyst – Hull – £25k - £27k – Microsoft, Cisco Environment
Senior Support Analyst with strong Microsoft AD and IT support skills required for excellent career opportunity with industry-leading organisation. You must possess strong commercial experience in a Support/Systems Analysis role with experience of MicroSoft Active Directory and Exchange. Strong Network experience of Cisco - routers, switches, firewalls would be highly advantageous but not essential.

You will have demonstrable experience of having key responsibility within support environments and preferably have mentored junior support staff at some stage in your career. You will be tasked with design and implementation of technology, supporting current and prospective projects and business functions. Performing and supervising maintenance and administration of all IT systems, networks and individual user accounts to optimise business performance.

In addition, knowledge of ASP.Net or SQL Server design/development would be advantageous but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a support analyst with 2-4 years experience to grow into a demanding role and further their career potential in an environment with multiple opportunities.
