A prestigious FTSE 100 company is looking for a Training Coordination Manager to manage a team of 5 Training Coordinators.

The role is based in Central London (Westminster) and alongside a generous salary also offers a performance related bonus.

As Training Coordination Manager you will get involved with all aspects of researching and booking key note speakers, set the content of training courses and oversee the finances if each course as well as leading your team and setting work loads.

You will need;
•Financial management skills
•Strong customer service and relationship building skills
•To be able to motivate staff and deal effectively with day to day issues
