The largest European BPO and FTSE 100 organisation is looking for a Senior Development Engineer to provide technical mentoring to less experienced engineers and help develop web applications within a medium sized team.

•To work closely with the Development manager in constructing and improving software development processes/standards.
•To represent the Microsoft Team at all appropriate forums and be actively involved in the wider picture
•To keep abreast of current developments in Microsoft technologies and provide guidance in the training and development of more inexperienced team members
•Take the technical lead in architecture and implementation

This is an intensely technical role where the successful candidate will spend a large percentage of their time developing. However the candidate should be experienced in Microsoft technologies and software development as a whole. For this position you will need to be security cleared, therefore you must have been in the country for more than five years.

•Proven detailed knowledge of .Net 2.
•Proven detailed knowledge of ASP.Net.
•Proven detailed knowledge of either VB .Net or C#
•Proven detailed knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS
•Proven technical experience in one or more relevant areas of Microsoft applications: SharePoint, CRM, BizTalk.
