Description of Work
• Write, plan and deliver specific training programmes which are hub specific encompassing process, system and reporting.
• The training requirements will vary depending on training area and trainee.
• Design and write a UMC specific intranet site.
Brief Description of Project
1. Licence modifications to regulate the minimum service levels for provision of Points of Connection (POCs) for Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs) and Independent Connections Providers (ICPs).
2. Promotion and convergence of good business practice including customer communications, transparency of pricing, and proactive resolution of complaints and disputes.
3. The Introduction of a new set of voluntary standards to improve the level of service provided for unmetered connections (UMC).
The project has reviewed the voluntary standards and is working with the customers to agree a voluntary service level agreement (sla). The project must implement the sla ensuring the systems and reporting mechanisms are able to accurately record the relevant data.
Also the projects objectives are to harmonise the process and reporting systems to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Writing and delivering training packages including process, system and reporting requirements.
