Our client is a small, rapidly expanding, progressive software company, operating in the intelligent surveillance and digital evidence management arena.

They are keen to expand their small, dedicated software development team with the addition of two new senior software engineers. You should have at least 5 years experience in the development of client server applications and knowledge of the Microsoft .NET framework would be advantageous. You should be a seasoned OO programmer, ideally familiar with either C# or VB, and an advocate of cutting edge rapid development methodologies. Experience with video and multimedia applications involving capture and playback using DirectShow either commercially or otherwise would be of interest. Experience with networking architectures, with web development, and with SQL database development would also be very useful.

You should be qualified to degree level in an engineering discipline and be comfortable working within a small, collaborative team of bright, likeminded peers. You need to be able to hit the ground running and to thrive in an environment with minimal guidance where innovation and delivery are key to success.

You must enjoy getting involved in all aspects of the business, dealing directly with customers and partners, and contributing towards the product and technology strategy, as well as helping to architect and develop our software solutions.
