European Technical Support Engineer/Trainer required for a leading manufacturer of electronic goods for their DAV/DV Division. Must have experience with the following: CRT LCD Plasma Camcorder MP3 Player DVD Player/Recorder Home Theatre Portable Audio Set Top Box VCR Duties: *Provide Technical support to European subsidiaries. *Carry out field testing and report back to HQ. *Monitor product, country and ASC KPI's, analyse trends and highlight unusual movements. *Deliver product and technical training to Service Engineers, contact centre and internal staff. Person Specification: *Must have an academic qualification in electronics, or equivalent industry experience. *Technical, analytical and training skills with a high degree of self motivation required. £30,000 - £40,000 basic + BONUS + BENEFITS Please forward a current CV
