Helpdesk, XP, Lotus Notes, Active Directory, Windows NT, 2000, 2003, ITIL
Experienced helpdesk analyst required to join an organisation in Swindon.
Initially for a short piece of work (3-4 weeks) you will have extensive experience of working in an IT support role, to Helpdesk/ 2nd line support level. You will have experience of working on project based support. Ideally you will hold a Microsoft certification, either to MCP or MCSE level.
You will have experience of the following skills; XP; Lotus Notes; MS Exchange; VMWare; Novell; Active Directory; Windows NT; Hardware; Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
