Job Description:

My client is looking for an Technical analyst / 2nd/ 3rd line support.

This is working for an end user based in the Glasgow area, this role has no travel and is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fantastic client, and is looking for a strong IT consultant.

My client is looking for an Technical analyst / 2nd/ 3rd line support consultant who has strong IT experience.

Preferably you are also ITIL certified though this is not essential if you have strong ITIL commercial experience.
You will be the primary contact for the operations team and for IT clients and key IT Services groups.

Broad IT technologies experience.
Preferably you will have experience in supporting Blackberries, Lotus Notes 6.5, MS Office and Microsoft technical support experience.

This is initially a 6 month fixed term placement.

Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
