My client is one of the most rapidly growing organisations in the financial software environment. They have been growing over the past few years and are now recruiting on a large scale. They are looking for Business Consultants to work within their software implementations team to join their team in the City.

The successful individual will be responsible for Customer requirements analysis for specialised financial software functionality, implementing software functionality and writing functional specs for development.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Derivatives, Equity, Credit, Commodity, Financial IR, ideally from a large corporate financial institution or application vendor. You will have at least 5 year derivatives and underlying product experience in Capital Markets, Treasury, Corporate Control, Banking ideally in a software environment across various platforms involved in application architecture and migrations.

Within the role you will be responsible for analysis of Derivative and business issues, involvement in Financial software implementations, training, mentoring, project management, business requirements analysis and functional specification writing experience, configuring applications, planning, performing and documenting testing of functionality to defined specs and training clients. You will also have cross systems knowledge of front office, risk, accounting and back office workflows, strong Information systems knowledge within UNIX/Windows NT environments and experience of managing clients expectations.
