The success of this role will primarily be measured against a series of collaboratively agreed objectives. Core responsibilities will be:

* Strategic engagement with principal senior stakeholders and project sponsors
* Business Analysis to define a project's scope of work
* Investigation into benefits realisation of the project
* Resource Management of business analysts to ensure full optimisation
* Identifying & analysing potential solutions & improvements
* Feasibility Studies
* Budget & risk analysis
* Act as a coach and mentor to other business analyst practitioners
* Portfolio Management
* All aspects of the analytical process - business process modelling, organisation structure and design, financial modelling, business case development etc.
