Role: IT Helpdesk Support Contract: 1+ months Location: Ilford Rate: Excellent Rates My client is seeking to recruit a IT Helpdesk Support person. This contract will be based in the Ilford area and is initially scheduled for six weeks. The successful candidate will need to be fluent in Windows XP, 2000, NT. Any knowledge of Windows 95 would also be beneficial for this role. Data transfer and strong excel skills are an advantage. As this is a Helpdesk position applicants will need an excellent telephone manner and must be clear and concise when dealing with IT user queries. An MCP qualification would also be a strong advantage.
