A prestigious FTSE 100 company is looking for an Organisational design Senior Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business in one of its most exciting and prosperous times ever and to be involved with a number of projects.

Hands on Knowledge in Organisational design in a Local Government and preferably Social Care setting

Project Summary

To create an organisational design which supports the delivery of the required processes, outcomes and ‘proof of concept' projects as indicated in the Future Operating Model of the FBC.

Responsibilities

To lead a team of OD consultants in the design of the future organisation
Liaise with other project and work stream leads to ensure integration and consistency of design requirements
To identify, report and manage the project risks
To ensure quality of work produced by design consultants
To plan and deliver work against the required timelines
Contribute to the organisational design components of the proof of concept
To manage relationships with key stakeholders and lead key workshops or meetings
To provide best practice insight into the OD options given the requirements of the work streams
