My client is a government organisation who are a leader in their field. They are looking for a Technical Project Manager to work on a Business 2 Business Ecommerce project. The successful candidate will have proven B2B experience. The role will need someone who is competent in managing customer groups, senior managers, organisation, 3rd parties and all aspects of the full project lifecycle. Experience of J2EE, Oracle (Middleware) and SOA Principles will be essential. GIS, ArcGIS or ArcObjects will be a bonus.
