We are currently recruiting for a Second (2nd) Line Support Analyst on behalf of a Public Sector client.
Second Line Support Analysts provide 2nd Line Hardware & Software IT Support for Servers, PC's, Laptops & Phones.
Rate is negotiable, perhaps around £13/14 ph.
The successful candidate will:
::: Have second line support experience ::: Have knowledge of call-logging packages ::: Be fully conversant with HP Compaq PC, Laptop and mobile data hardware, MS Office (XP ideally)
Experience of 'Service Desk Express' would be very beneficial.
Candidates must be willing to go through a vetting process!
