IT Support / Network Engineer required for expanding Croydon, Surrey based IT Outsourcing Company. Essentially you will have knowledge of Windows Server 2000 / 2003, Windows XP / Vista, Exchange 2003, Symantec / Veritas, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Application Suites, TCP / IP and full understanding of computer hardware. Citrix Presentation Server, Blackberry Server and SharePoint experience would also be advantageous. The successful candidate will be experienced in working in a customer facing environment installing and configuring computer systems, maintaining systems and networks, providing customer support both face to face and over the phone, trouble shooting and fault finding of network / hardware / software issues, running network applications to support systems and users, setting up of new users, working through to resolution of a fault or referral to third parties where necessary, and prioritising of several cases and clients at one time.
