Systems Trainer, Slough, to 28K + Car

Leading solutions provider seeks to recruit a Systems Trainer. Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering professional training courses on their suite of business application, and developing and updating appropriate training materials.

In addition, you will be required to coach and support less experienced trainers. Providing technical assistance within the Implementation Team is also part of the role. The Systems Trainer will be based in the Head Office in Slough but the nature of the job may require UK and worldwide travel.

Person Specification

Working knowledge of:
*Structured training methodologies
•Creation of course materials
•Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook and Visio


General understanding of:
•ERM and Image technologies
•Workflow
•Computer hardware
•SQL and RDBMS systems
•Microsoft Operating Systems (Level: Intermediate)
•LAN and Wan networks


Experience Required:
*Minimum of three years experience delivering professional training courses on-site to companies in the public and private sector.
•Coaching other trainers with regard to training related matters.
•Minimum of one years experience researching and writing course materials.

*Strong on documentation and organisation
*Ability to communicate at all levels
*Confident addressing an audience and speaking in public
•Clear and audible spoken English
