My Client is looking for a helpdesk /Service Desk Agent to deal with the pressured environment of the customer services team. The 1st Line helpdesk Support Engineer is front line customer service representative.The helpdesk's primary function of the role is to take customer calls regarding the services and handle them accordingly to resolve faults and answer queries then escalate calls as necessary.
